These terms govern your use of getgoodsort.com and the GoodSort service. Get GoodSort is a registered business name of Logan Hamilton Davis, ABN 15 881 995 490. GoodSort is the public product name. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
What GoodSort is
GoodSort is a free comparison tool for Australian NBN internet plans. It uses automated observations of provider-published information and presents eligible data according to the method described on the methodology page.
Pricing information is a guide, not a quote
Plan information is based on GoodSort's latest accepted automated observation and may not match the provider's current real-time offer. Always confirm price, plan details and address eligibility directly with the provider before signing up.
No warranty of completeness or currency
GoodSort does not promise that its data is complete, current, error-free or whole-of-market. Unsupported or failed readings are withheld rather than guessed. A source that cannot be reached is not treated as proof that a plan has disappeared. See the methodology page for the current evidence, validation and freshness rules.
GoodSort is not a party to your provider contract
If you sign up with an internet provider, your contract is with that provider, not GoodSort or its operator. GoodSort is not responsible for the provider's service, billing, support or any dispute between you and that provider.
Affiliate links

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use automated tools to extract GoodSort data at a rate or volume that degrades the service;
- interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to GoodSort systems;
- misrepresent GoodSort data as your own or as officially endorsed by a provider.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Australian law, GoodSort is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GoodSort and its operator are not liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, information on the site, including a decision to sign up with or avoid a provider based on the comparison. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any dispute arising from your use of GoodSort is subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
