These terms apply to getgoodsort.com and Get GoodSort's public read-only interfaces. Get GoodSort is a registered business name, ABN 15 881 995 490. By using Get GoodSort, you agree to these terms.
Using Get GoodSort
You may browse, compare, cite and share Get GoodSort information for ordinary consumer or research purposes, including through user-directed agents and the public read-only REST/OpenAPI and MCP interfaces. Follow applicable rate limits. Do not bypass security or access controls, disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access, or use public interfaces to reconstruct or repackage the archive in bulk or create or resell a substitute dataset at scale without separate permission. Plan information
Get GoodSort compares generally advertised Australian NBN plans using evidence-backed automated observations. It is not whole-of-market or a live quote. Information can change, be incomplete or become stale; unsupported values are withheld, and a missing plan is not necessarily unavailable. Availability depends on your address and NBN technology. Confirm price, terms and eligibility with the provider before signing up. See our methodology.
Providers and commissions
Your service contract is with the provider, not Get GoodSort. Get GoodSort does not control its service, billing or support. There are currently no live affiliate relationships. If commissions become available, they will not affect plan inclusion, comparison or ranking. See our affiliate disclosure.
Liability and consumer rights
To the extent the law permits, Get GoodSort provides information without a guarantee that it is complete, current or error-free, and is not liable for loss arising from reliance on it or a provider's service. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. The laws of New South Wales, Australia govern these terms, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
